Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. is an agency in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area that provides a structured home-like environment with supportive care and enrichment based programs to stimulate and help rehabilitate traumatized adolescent males.   Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. was founded in 2005 as an agency that operates group homes for adolescents between the ages of 10-21.  The Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) licensed Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. in 2005 to operate a 10 bed boys group home facility and in 2008 a second group home was licensed as a 6 bed boys group home facility.  In August 2021 Quality Care became nationally accredited through The Council On Accreditation (COA).

Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. is dedicated to the well-being and developmental and psychological needs of adolescents. Clients in Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. find an enriching balance of stimulating activities, therapy and daily management tools to cope and adapt in society. The program is family centered and child focused and committed to strengthening families. Quality Care is a Trauma Informed Care (TIC) congregate setting. Care provided is adapted to the individual child and is culturally sensitive, flexible and community based.
