Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. is an agency in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area that provides a structured home-like environment with supportive care and enrichment based programs to stimulate and help rehabilitate traumatized adolescent males and females. Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. was founded in 2005 as an agency that operates group homes for adolescents between the ages of 10-21. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) licensed Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. in 2005 to operate a 10 bed boys group home facility and in 2008 a second group home was licensed as a 6 bed girls group home facility. In 2020 Quality Care has started the accreditation process through The Council On Accreditation (COA).

The program is family centered and child focused and committed to strengthening families. Quality Care is a Trauma Informed Care (TIC) congregate setting. Care provided is adapted to the individual child and is culturally sensitive, flexible and community based.
