GENERAL INFORMATION: Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. is an agency located in the Greater Cleveland area with residential group home facilities for youth. The agency is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services & accredited by the Council On Accreditation. Youth have a history of abuse, neglect, juvenile history or mental health issues. We are looking for experienced youth care workers that enjoy working with at risk male teens.
DUTIES: Encourage and help resident to meet their goals. Provide mentorship to youth. Assisting with behavior management and intervention. To assist residents with independent living and social skills. Assist in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for youth to thrive. Coordinate and supervise scheduled activities (field trips, shopping and social events.)
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with at risk youth. Need to pass a background check and physical. Must have a valid driver's license for day and evening shifts. CPR & First Aid is a plus.
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time Monday thru Friday 7am-3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am available. Part time 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am weekends only.
